Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support for office and store operations, including hardware setup and troubleshooting
• Administer and maintain servers, network infrastructure, firewalls, and VPN systems
• Manage and configure POS and kiosk systems
• Support and coordinate store opening projects
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on group-wide initiatives, system implementations, and IT protocols

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Good hands-on experience in Windows environments, networking, and firewall administration
• Prior experience in the retail and/or F&B industry is required
• Practical experience with at least one POS and/or kiosk system
• Experienced in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player who is also able to work independently
• Willing to provide after-office hours support when required
