Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT Enablement Technical PM and Engineer to drive technology adoption, automation, and data-driven insights within IT Operations team for projects within a renowned organization.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Must have 3 years of hands-on experience in IT operations, system enablement, or related roles;
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Operations;
  • Must have experience working with SDLC methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile (requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment);
  • Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and data modelling;
  • Hands-on experience in data wrangling, cleansing, transformation, and integration;
  • Experience in system and tools integration for data extraction, including REST APIs;
  • Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, and CloudWatch;
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g. Python, Java);
  • Experience with DevSecOps tools and CI/CD pipeline design, development, and automation;
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage) and application technology stacks;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and business/operations users;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skill-set

Certifications:

  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst;
  • Red Hat Ansible Certification;
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions;
  • Deliver IT enablement initiatives within agreed timelines;
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for operational and management reporting;
  • Perform data engineering, ETL development, and AWS-based integrations;
  • Automate operational and reporting processes;
  • Support IT operations tools and provide incident/problem resolution;
  • Improve DevSecOps pipelines and delivery processes;
  • Ensure ITIL, security, and governance compliance;
  • Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and best practices.
