Job Responsibilities:

•            Market Strategy & Execution: Formulate and execute the mid-to-long-term Datacom business strategy, ensuring sustainable growth in market share across the Financial, Government, and ISP sectors.

•            P&L Management: Direct the commercial and technical operations of the Datacom portfolio, optimizing resource allocation to achieve annual sales targets, revenue milestones, and profitability goals.

•            Market Breakthroughs: Lead the competitive replacement strategy against leading industry vendors, orchestrating "top-level" customers migrations and mission-critical network infrastructure upgrades.

•            C-Suite Relationship Management: Serve as a Trusted Advisor to CTOs, CIOs, and Government Digital Leads, facilitating high-level technical dialogues that bridge business challenges with Huawei’s technical roadmap.

•            Organizational Excellence: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Solution Managers and Pre-Sales Engineers (10+ members), fostering a culture of technical excellence and customer-centricity.

•            Public Thought Leadership: Represent the company as a Keynote Speaker at major industry forums (e.g., IP Club, ICT Summits), positioning Huawei as the premier thought leader in Datacom infrastructure.

•            To collaborate and communicate directly with Chinese speaking officers, stakeholders, counterparts, and customers in China HQ team

Job Requirement:

•            Candidate must possess at least Master Degree in Computer Science/ Software Systems Development, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent major.

•            A minimum of 10 years+ working experience in ICT and network field is required for this position.

•            Proven track record working with top-tier network integrators, with specific experience in different countries or regions market highly preferred.

•            Deep technical knowledge of Datacom and network solutions, including enterprise-grade routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls and etc..

•            Datacom background with HCSP (WLAN, Campus Network or Data Center Network or Security) or higher certificate is an added advantage.

•            Experience and good knowledge in vertical market such as government, financial, transportation, ISP, SME etc.

•            Demonstrated success in a leadership capacity, managing and mentoring cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals.

•            Exceptional communication skills with experience as a keynote speaker or presenter at large-scale Datacom related events (200+ attendees).

•            Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
