Role: Investment Product Manager (Senior | E2E Implementation)

Job Scope

• This role focuses on the development of Investment Products, launch and management of new Investments products and services intended for designated Bank customers.
• As a product owner, the role will require strong expertise in understanding and providing investment solutions to customer needs (i.e. managing risks and /or optimizing returns for assets.
• Has the ability to build trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and the capability to influence across various organizational levels to achieve our strategic objectives.

Job Description

• Support product/provider due diligence, reviews and suitability assessments.
• Maintain and update product documentation and records
• Monitor product performance and conduct periodic reviews
• Prepare reports and data presentations
• Assist in product setup and ongoing maintenance
• Participate in system testing and enhancement projects
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
• Develop and maintain product-related policies and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold platform quality and efficiency
• Ensure seamless integration of products into Private Banking platform by coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders

Skills/Educational Requirements

• 5+ year in investment product management within private bank
• Experience in product development and management is required.
• Solid knowledge across asset classes: FX, equities, fixed income, structured products, both UCITs and alternative funds
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and regulatory frameworks
• Detail-oriented, analytical and process-driven
• Familiar with risk management and compliance practices
• Proactive, collaborative and able to work independently
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Required Professional Certification and Licenses

• CACS certified CACS I and II plus CMFAS certified: M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A
