• Experience in overseas market investments, such as equities, bonds, and commodities.

• Familiar with the structures and trading terms of funds, asset management, trust products, etc. Previous experience managing funds of USD 10 million or more; candidates with experience in non-standard (non-traditional) investment products are preferred.

• Able to stay up to date with economic and industry cycle fluctuations and capable of writing sell-side investment reports.

• Strong team spirit; able to accept investment plans being reviewed by the investment committee; able to work in Singapore.

• Other tasks assigned by management.

1. 具有海外市场的投资经验，如股票市场，债券市场，大宗商品等投资经验；
2. 熟悉基金，资管，信托等产品结构及交易条件。过往经历中有1000W美金以上的资金管理规模；熟悉非标产品业务者从优录取。
3. 能够能够实时了解经济、行业周期波动，并能够编写卖方投资报告；
4. 有有团队合作意识，接受投资委员会对于投资计划的审核，可以在新加坡办公；
5. 领导交办的其他工作。

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university, with a background in computer science, science/engineering, finance, or related fields.
• Over 10 years of asset management experience, having served as an Investment Manager or in a more senior position.
• Possesses knowledge and skills in finance, taxation, law, and valuation; demonstrates strong market awareness, observation, adaptability, verbal communication, and writing abilities. Familiar with financial policies and able to provide policy-related insights to support investment decisions.
• Strong research and analytical skills, along with solid writing capabilities.
• CPA qualification required; candidates who have passed CFA Level II or above are preferred.

3. 具备财务、税收、法律、估值等方面的知识与技能， 具备敏锐的市场意识、观察、应变、口头表达和文字组织力。熟悉金融政策及时投资决策提供政策意见参考；
4. 具有较强的研究分析能力以及良好的文字表达能力；
5. 具有CPA资格，CFA二级以上者优先考虑
