Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Investment Consultant (Part-Time / Contract) to support portfolio strategy, asset allocation, and investment framework development within a private family office environment.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong investment experience who can contribute on a flexible basis, particularly in areas such as portfolio structuring, asset allocation, multi-asset portfolio management, and Investment Policy Statement (IPS) development.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on strategic and tactical asset allocation to support portfolio performance

• Support the design of diversified multi-asset portfolios across public and private markets

• Assist in developing or refining Investment Policy Statements (IPS) and portfolio guidelines

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of investment frameworks and processes

• Provide advisory input on portfolio construction and asset allocation decisions

• Evaluate investment opportunities across equities, fixed income, private equity, venture capital, and alternative assets

• Conduct high-level investment due diligence on opportunities

• Support portfolio monitoring and risk management practices

• Analyze portfolio risks (market, liquidity, concentration) and provide insights

• Assist with scenario analysis and stress testing

• Prepare investment insights and updates for internal stakeholders

• Liaise with banks, fund managers, and external partners

• Collaborate on investment-related initiatives and projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

• Relevant experience in asset management, private banking, family office, or investment roles

• Familiarity with multi-asset portfolio management and asset allocation

• Understanding of public and private markets, including alternative investments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• High level of integrity and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CFA or equivalent

• Experience in supporting or contributing to investment frameworks or IPS development

• Exposure to alternative investments and private markets
