Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions within the Sage system
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system data
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and stock variances
• Monitor inventory aging and identify slow-moving or obsolete materials for reporting and action
• Track stock levels to ensure material availability for production and customer fulfillment
• Support material planning activities including safety stock review, Manufacturing Orders (MO), and replenishment planning
• Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory movements to ensure timely and accurate system updates
• Ensure proper stock handling practices, including adherence to FIFO requirements
• Plan and execute cycle counts and annual stock take exercises with variance analysis reporting
• Support internal and external audits by preparing inventory documentation and providing necessary explanations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or logistics operations
• Familiar with inventory management principles such as FIFO, stock accuracy, and inventory movement control
• Experience in using inventory management systems, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
