Tembusu Financial is looking for the next generation of marketing talent with fresh perspectives on digital marketing and social media content. You will be given responsibilities to create engaging campaigns and ad creatives, as well as finance related content for our social media platforms. We’re on the lookout for someone who’s creative, eager to learn, and comfortable in front of the camera. 

This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on exposure to content creation, social media marketing, and brand building with proper training and mentorship along the way. 

To ensure that our interns are world-ready, internships will culminate in a key role for a multi-channel marketing campaign which requires a solid marketing framework to maximise engagement and lead generation. Interns will also complete a career certification (eg. Meta, Google). 

Daily life as a Digital Marketing Intern: 

• Assist the marketing team with digital marketing campaigns and crafting social media content to be deployed across our channels (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram). 

• Analyse reports (GA4, Facebook Ads) to create insights to help drive marketing strategies. 

• Implement SEO/SEM best practices and write meta content to support our website and media channels. 

• Use marketing tools such as Google Ads / Meta Ads to help generate leads and increase reach. 

• Assist with personalised messaging campaigns via Email, Push, WhatsApp using CRM software 

• Write, edit and publish marketing content through email marketing, websites and social media channels 

Requirements: 

• Brief understanding of digital marketing tools – such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads 

• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop will be a plus. 

• Excellent time management, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills 

• Communicate effectively in English – both written and verbal form. 

• Full-time University/Poly students currently studying in Singapore and recent graduates are welcome. 

• Comfortable in front of the camera.
