Job Description:

• Compliance Review of Existing/New Products and outsourcing management
• Ensure Card Centre Procedure & Policy are timely updated in accordance with Regulatory/HQ requirement
• Liaise with external, internal and HQ auditors. Monitor progress on audit points raised.
• Involve in Business Continuity Plan, Business Impact Analysis and Document Management etc.
• Review and improve operation risk management of Card Centre.
• Undertake Ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in related field, candidates with relevant experience may be considered
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with our Chinese counterparts.
• Independent, resourceful, meticulous, good interpersonal relationship skills and able to work under pressure.
