Our client, a US listed multinational corporation withstrong growth momentum, is seeking a highly calibre Internal Audit professionalto join their Global Internal Audit team. This role will have significantexposure to senior management and international stakeholders, offering theopportunity to make a meaningful impact across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex operational audits across regions and business units.
• Present findings and recommendations confidently to senior management and global stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor audit team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Engage with cross-functional teams internationally, navigating ambiguity and challenging the status quo to drive improvements.
• Contribute to strengthening governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption and SOX-related initiatives.
• Travel approximately 30–40% internationally, depending on project requirements.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant Internal Audit experience, with strong exposure to Operations Audit in the commercial sector.
• Proven regional/global audit experience within large multinational corporations, with exposure to manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management on complex audit topics.
• Solid team management experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
