Job Description :

Conexus Studio is seeking to recruit creative individuals with excellent skills in space planning and conceptualizing innovative wrokplace design that accentuate our Client's corporate image and provide their employees with a conducive and pleasant workplace. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to :

· Provide design and creative solutions to the project assigned.

· Present and present creative solutions to Clients.

· Provide presentation materials for design proposal.

· Support the design team member in the projects from beginning to the full completion of the project.

· Monitor design intent progression on site.

· Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed.

· Assist Senior Designer, Lead Designer, Associate Design Director or Design Director in any project assignment.

Requirement :

· BA in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent in experience.

· Candidate must possess minimum 3-5 years' experience in workplace interior design projects.

· Enjoy working on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline.

· Good at problem-solving, lateral thinking and excellent design flair and joinery detailing.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· To be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.

· Proficient in using AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch up and MS PowerPoint.
