Interior design and renovation company is hiring Interior Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• To work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations
• Prepare tender and construction documentation
• Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used
• Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings
• Responsible for the production of interior design drawing as well as 3D drawings
• Ability to meet deadline of multiple projects
• Project management
• Liaise with English and Bilingual speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
• Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
• Progressive reporting to director on clients’ issues.
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of working experience in Relevant industry.
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency with SketchUp and Photoshop
• Hands-on CAD literacy essential (AutoCad);
• Personal Qualities
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Sense of humour

Salary:

· Depends on experience ($2,000 to $3,500)
