TMB is seeking a motivated and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a good design sense, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. You will be involved in both design development and site coordination, with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in design development, space planning, and preparation of technical drawings.
• Produce design presentations, 3D visualizations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor work progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Support senior designers in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Engage in discussions with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions.
• Work on residential projects with potential exposure to other project types.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Design or Architecture related courses
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English (for client and supplier communications).
• Possess 2–3 years of site experience in interior design or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with willingness to engage and learn.
• Able to commit to job roster or project work
• Prior residential project experience is an advantage
