We are one of Singapore’s most recognized design studios and are seeking a talented and motivated Interior / Architectural Designer to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong design ability, technical proficiency, and a high level of attention to detail. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of design projects while upholding the firm’s standards of excellence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Design Development

• Develop comprehensive design concepts, space planning, and detailed specifications in alignment with project objectives and corporate standards.
• Conceptualize and implement creative and functional design solutions across interior and interior architectural scopes.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, material selections, and visual presentations for client and management review.

Technical Documentation

• Produce accurate and detailed architectural and interior design drawings, layouts, and documentation for tender and construction purposes.
• Prepare finish schedules, technical specifications, and material selection documents.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate and communicate design intent effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide support throughout all project phases, from concept to completion.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in interior or architectural design.
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, detailing, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• A proactive, disciplined, and collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Chosen candidate must be Singaporean or a permanent resident.
