We are looking for a motivated Insurance Specialist to join our Singapore-based team. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our international (offshore) insurance business while managing relationships with overseas partners and clients.

Job responsibilities:

• Support clients (both local and offshore) with life insurance, savings, and protection plans based on their needs.
• Be the go-to person for offshore insurance solutions, and cross-border regulatory environments.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with overseas advisers, partners, and clients.
• Stay updated on the firm’s insurance offerings, offshore solutions, and market developments.
• Prepare and deliver clear and confident presentations on insurance solutions to international audiences.
• Support marketing efforts and contribute ideas to grow sales in offshore markets.
• Assist with client onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate records and client documentation

Requirements

• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Excellent presentation, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate, negotiate, and present to Mandarin-speaking clients and partners in regional markets.
• Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Licensed in life insurance and general insurance.
• Familiarity with regional insurance markets will be advantageous.
