Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Administration
Manage motor insurance policies for leased vehicles / external vehicles
Monitor and process insurance renewals before expiry
Prepare insurance quotations and comparisons
Liaise with insurance companies and brokers
Claims Handling
Coordinate accident reporting and claims submission
Follow up on claim status and settlement
Liaise with workshops, adjusters, and insurers
Maintain proper documentation for all claims cases
Compliance & Record Management
Maintain updated insurance records and policy schedules
Ensure compliance with company and insurer requirements
Track excess payments and insurance recoveries
Update internal system with insurance details
Operational Support
Assist customers with insurance-related enquiries
Support road tax renewal coordination
Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum "N", "O" Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
1–3 years of experience in motor insurance or insurance admin
Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claims procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in vehicle leasing or automotive industry
Familiar with Singapore motor insurance practices
Experience liaising with insurers and workshops
