Job Description
The Insurance Admin will support the company’s insurance operations by managing quotations, renewals, and customer communication. This role is suitable for individuals who are detail‑oriented and customer‑focused. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
• Generate and prepare insurance quotations
• Issue and track renewal notices
• Conduct follow‑up calls to ensure timely renewals
• Manage and respond to customer enquiries across various channels
• Perform policy activation and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Comfortable with customer communication, especially phone calls
• Insurance Certificate is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills and willingness to learn
