Job Summary
Drive new business opportunities by generating and qualifying leads for JCO Analytics’ data, AI, and cloud solutions. Engage prospects, develop sales pipelines, and collaborate with business development and technical teams to support sales from initial outreach to opportunity creation.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential customers across enterprise, government, and non-profit sectors to expand market reach
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and digital campaigns to engage prospects
- Generate and qualify new leads specifically for data analytics, AI, and cloud modernization services
- Maintain and update accurate prospect information in the CRM system to ensure data integrity
Sales Pipeline Development
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing customer needs and project potential to prioritize opportunities
- Schedule discovery meetings between prospects and consulting teams to advance sales discussions
- Support sales team efforts to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Track and report sales activity and pipeline performance to inform strategic decisions
Client Engagement
- Communicate JCO Analytics’ solutions, capabilities, and value propositions clearly to potential customers
- Understand client challenges related to data platforms, analytics, AI adoption, and digital transformation to tailor engagement
- Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and solution overviews to support client discussions
Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support lead generation campaigns including webinars, events, and digital marketing initiatives to drive engagement
- Follow up with participants from webinars and events to identify and nurture new sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to nurture leads through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience selling technology solutions, SaaS, or consulting services
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho
- Understanding of data analytics, cloud platforms, or AI technologies
