Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
• Research and identify target customers and markets
• Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system
• Understand and communicate the company’s products and value proposition
• Build rapport and nurture leads through regular follow-ups
• Assist in scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team
• Track and report lead generation activities and results

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales or inside sales
• Strong communication and research skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach
• CRM experience preferred but not a must
