Job Description:

We are seeking proactive Inside Sales Executives to manage customer accounts, handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and support business growth from within the office. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s logistics operations in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on quotations.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations, ensuring customer rates are up to date.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to support successful deal closures.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasts.
• Support sales growth by achieving KPIs and coordinating with field sales or operations teams as needed.
• Maintain and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
