Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently manage commercial tasks during the bidding process, including but not limited to requirement confirmation, project cost collection, and quotation preparation.
2. Track project implementation progress, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during execution.
3. Support project reconciliation, acceptance, and payment collection processes.
4. Compile and report project data on a regular basis.
5. Handle client-side communication and coordination on business-related matters.
6. Assist supervisors with other assigned duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a business or commercial support role is preferred.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software; possesses basic network knowledge and strong document editing skills.
3. Positive and proactive attitude, with strong analytical, communication, and coordination abilities. Detail-oriented, responsible, adaptable, and service-minded.
4. Able to work under pressure and willing to perform reasonable overtime when required.
