Job Description:

• Ensure the safety of infants through constant supervision, effective space arrangement, and well maintenance of equipment
• Lead the infant care team
• Carry out daily routine care with consistent infant development principles
• Provide creative and interactive play and learning experiences that promote individual expression through conversation
• Develop planned schedules for infants’ physical activities, play, and rest
• Observe, assess, and document each assigned child’s health, skills, and growth development
• Complete bi-annual assessment of infants' development
• Report progress of infants to parents in bi-annual reports
• Build positive daily communication between yourself and parents of infants under your care
• Keep all information and intellectual property of the centre confidential
• Provide a healthy and safe environment for infants to feel safe and comfortable
• Competent in ECDA licensing and regulatory standards and requirement

Job Requirements:

• ACEY / HCIC / CIT Certificate
• Must have Leadship skill
