Job Description
- Answer phone calls and attending to customer inquiries.
- Receive and processing purchase orders.
- Issue sales invoices and verifying order details.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Manage inventory control and stock updates.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience in related field.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel & Google tools.
- Option: familiar with Dynamics and Mevo systems.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- On job training.
Location: Senoko (Few bus stops from Woodlands North MRT Station - TE1)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days/week (Rest Day on Saturday)
