Service Execution & Guest Experience

• Deliver warm, gracious, and anticipatory service in accordance with Forbes 5-Star standards

• Manage assigned service sections efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Engage with guests proactively, anticipate needs, and respond to requests promptly

• Handle routine guest feedback and escalate concerns to the Supervisor when required

• Maintain correct sequence of service, timing, and table presentation standards

Requirements:
• Formal hospitality qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory
• Strong teamwork and time-management skills
