ICT Executive (1-Year Contract)
💰 Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 per month
📍 Work Location: School Environment
📅 Contract Period: April 2026 – March 2027

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (inclusive of 30-minute lunch break)
Rest Days: Saturdays, Sundays and Gazetted Public Holidays

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information & Communications Technology (ICT), Media, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in ICT or AV support, preferably in an educational or media environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills when working with staff and students.
• Adaptable and proactive in learning and applying new technologies.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and ICT/AV solutions to support school operations and learning needs.
• Research and recommend emerging ICT and AV technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
• Assess school ICT requirements and propose cost-effective solutions and procurement options.
• Oversee ICT and AV systems operations, including system backups, security, and troubleshooting.
• Support the communication of ICT-related circulars and initiatives from relevant authorities and collect staff feedback.
• Provide technical support for school events, lessons, conferences, and ICT-enabled activities.
• Manage ICT and AV inventory, and liaise with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and procurement.
• Plan and conduct ICT/AV training sessions for staff and students.
• Assist with media documentation of school activities (photography and videography).
• Support ICT projects and initiatives as assigned by the ICT Manager or school leadership.
