Job Title: ICT Executive (Infrastructure & Support)
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Location: Jurong East

The Opportunity:

• Join a cybersecurity and IT operations technology company backed by a SGX main-board listed company
• Gain exposure to internal IT support, infrastructure administration, Microsoft enterprise tools and security-related operations
• Work closely with the IT Manager in a business focused on Critical Information Infrastructure protection, OT/ICS/SCADA and enterprise IT operations technologies

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop, server, network and general IT support to internal users
• Assist in IT security-related matters, including access control, endpoint protection and security policy enforcement
• Support administration of Microsoft enterprise solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure and related network / server services
• Assist with network and infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, changes and relocations
• Support server, server cluster, virtualization and network administration tasks under guidance
• Maintain and update IT asset records, system documentation and compliance records
• Assist in enforcing IT standards, policies, security requirements and internal compliance procedures
• Support troubleshooting of hardware, software, network and system issues
• Coordinate with vendors, internal users and external parties on IT-related matters where required
• Participate in new business-related IT initiatives and system improvement projects

Job Requirements:

• NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field
• At least 6 months of IT support, infrastructure support or cybersecurity internship / hands-on experience
• Candidates with 1–3 years of IT support or internal infrastructure experience will have an advantage
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft enterprise solutions such as Microsoft 365, Azure, network services and server services
• Basic understanding of IT security, endpoint security, network security or cybersecurity concepts
• Experience with DNS, WAF, web server operations, VMware or hypervisor environments will be an advantage
