Responsibilities:

• Support the school’s 6-year ICT curriculum and e-learning programmes.
• Manage ICT devices, inventory, loans, and stock-taking activities.
• Administer school website, social media platforms, and public messaging systems.
• Oversee room booking, service request, and Print+ systems administration.
• Provide technical and AV support for school events, lessons, and ICT-integrated programmes.
• Assist teachers in ICT lesson delivery and development of digital learning resources.
• Support students and parents on the use of Ministry of Education ICT systems.
• Provide photography, videography, multimedia, and design support for school events and materials.
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation of ICT device loans and usage records.
• Working hours may vary based on school programmes and operational needs, including selected Saturdays with off-in-lieu provided.

Requirements:

• Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Instagram andFacebook.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and multimedia software.
• Proficient in video editing using Final Cut Pro.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with dedication and commitment to work.
• Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year of ICT-related working experience in a school environmentpreferred.
• Organized, proactive team player with strong multitasking abilities.
