We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support various projects such as the implementation and analysis of Infocomm Technology (ICT) Career Health pilots for Workforce Singapore (WSG), ICT Jobs Transformation Map Refresh etc. The intern will also have the opportunity to support ICM team in developing and executing marketing initiatives which include working with partners on sponsorship for events, developing content for CPSD’s social media posts etc.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in coordinating and implementing the ICT Career Health pilots to uplift HR and line managers' capabilities in workforce planning and provide structured career guidance to employees as well as support individuals in developing their career development plans

• Liaise with participating companies, internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the pilots

• Assist in preparing outreach and presentation materials for the different pilot sessions

• Collect and analyse data on pilot participants' willingness and ability to plan and act on their career health

• Help create reports and presentations on pilot outcomes for internal reporting to senior management

• Contribute to the development of recommendations for scaling successful pilots.
