We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure a seamless employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End HR Operation

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and offboarding.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, conducting initial interviews, and offer administration.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment contracts, coordination of medical examinations and background checks, probation confirmations, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files with a high level of accuracy and strict confidentiality.
  • Manage leave, attendance, and employee data to support accurate and timely payroll processing, including liaison with external payroll vendors where applicable.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring accurate and timely submission of salary data, overtime, leave records, and statutory deductions.
  • Administer employee benefits, including leave entitlements, insurance coverage, and other employee-related programs.
  • Address employee queries relating to payroll, compensation, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.

Compliance & HR Governance

  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with MOM regulations, Singapore employment laws, and internal company policies.
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings, government reports, and declarations accurately and within stipulated timelines.
  • Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, templates, and the employee handbook as required.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, company culture programs, and internal events.
  • Assist in managing employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance-related administration, in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

HR Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare, complete, and submit the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Labor Market Survey and other statutory HR surveys accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and employee experience.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant HR operations or generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR systems or digital HR tools is an advantage.
