Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including manpower planning discussions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and post-placement follow-up.

• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with corporate clients, including understanding their workforce structure, hiring patterns, and regulatory constraints.

• Provide professional consultancy to clients on manpower solutions, workforce optimisation, and hiring strategies in compliance with Singapore labour regulations.

• Assess candidates’ suitability not only based on skills and experience, but also on job sustainability, compliance risks, and employer expectations.

• Prepare and review recruitment-related documentation, including employment terms, advisory notes, and compliance-related records.

• Meet and exceed individual recruitment and revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.

• Stay fully updated with MOM policies, Employment Act requirements, and EA compliance obligations, and apply them accurately in daily operations.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) issued by MOM

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment within Singapore, preferably in an employment agency or professional services environment.

• Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations, work pass frameworks, and recruitment compliance standards.

• Demonstrated ability to handle complex client cases and difficult candidate scenarios independently.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage professionally at management level.

• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple assignments under minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with clearly defined targets.
