Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with senior leadership and contribute to strategic people initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia. We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders in driving people strategies that support organisational growth and performance. The role will support HR operations and initiatives across both Singapore and Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals and drive business growth
  • Advise leaders and managers on employee relations issues, performance management processes, and HR policy application to foster a productive work environment
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by supporting manpower planning and coordinating recruitment initiatives to meet organisational needs
  • Develop and execute employee engagement and workplace culture programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and Malaysia labour regulations to mitigate legal risks and uphold ethical standards
  • Manage cross-border HR matters between Singapore and Malaysia, facilitating seamless HR operations across both countries
  • Support organisational development and change management initiatives to enable effective transformation and continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence HR-related decision-making and promote collaborative partnerships
  • Work autonomously and with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions that address complex business challenges

Required competencies and certifications

  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Malaysia labour regulations as essential for compliance and effective HR management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, demonstrating progressive responsibility in HR business partnering
  • Experience supporting HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia, enhancing cross-border HR effectiveness
