What You’ll Do:

• Partner with leaders to deliver people solutions that drive operational performance and employee engagement.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and technical roles—sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance issues, and team development.
• Support organizational changes, talent reviews, and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour regulations, and internal procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

What You’ll Bring:

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' HR generalist or HRBP experience; manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
• Solid experience in talent acquisition and working with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong knowledge of labour law and HR operations.
• Agile mindset with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
