HR Recruiter (Front-End Hiring) – Interior Design Industry

• Working Location: Kampong Ubi, Central Region
• Salary: $2800 - $3500

• Working Hours: 5 Days | 9am – 6pm

About the Role

• We are looking for a driven and results-oriented HR Recruiter to support our expansion in the interior design industry. This role focuses on front-end recruitment, primarily hiring Sales Interior Designers, ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality hires to meet business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

• Source and attract candidates for Sales Interior Designer roles through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Actively leverage platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and JobStreet
• Build and maintain a strong and consistent talent pipeline

Screening & Shortlisting

• Conduct resume screening and initial interviews
• Evaluate candidates on communication skills, sales mindset, and cultural fit
• Shortlist of suitable candidates for hiring managers

Candidate Management

• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Follow up closely to maintain candidate engagement and reduce drop-offs

Employer Branding

• Promote company culture and career opportunities to candidates
• Craft engaging job postings to attract high-quality applicants

Recruitment Tracking

• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress
• Track hiring pipeline and report weekly performance

Scope of Role

• 100% focus on front-end recruitment (no HR operations or payroll)
• Specialization in hiring Sales Interior Designers

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience
