Job Description
What the role involves:
- Support on end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, attending and facilitating interviews for/with the hiring managers and the candidates, letter of appointment preparation, employment offer and negotiation of salary package.
- Support on sourcing methods and recruitment activities to identify the right candidates for the organization.
- Support in the maintaining strong partnership with recruitment agencies/search firms, institutions and various government agencies.
- In-charge and participate in Employer Branding activities including career fairs, outreach program/activities organized by institutions, government agencies, federations etc.
- Administer the Internship and Employee Referral Program.
- Administer the on-boarding process including preparation of appointment letter, contract signing, first day onboarding briefing and personal files/filing.
- PIC for Work Pass application and renewal
- PIC for company's expat tenancy
- Prepare Recruitment tracking, Recruitment analysis and Foreign Worker Dependency Ratio reports in Excel and PowerPoint for Management reporting.
- Support and participate in other HR initiatives from planning to implementation.
- Support ad-hoc administrative assignment where necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma in HRM or equivalent will have an advantage
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferably from Logistics/Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing industries
- IT Savvy and competent in using Microsoft Office applications, Power BI and Power Automate
- Excellent written and spoken communication for the role of company brand Ambassador
- Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding and employee engagement
- Understands current recruitment channels
- Good change management and continuous learning attitude
- Mature and positive with good interpersonal skills
- Good attention to details
