Job Description
What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Generalist based in Singapore, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations that underpin the success of the organisation.
- Support hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle by sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and managing offer processes to ensure timely placements.
- Administer psychometric assessments for candidates and prepare budget request documentation to facilitate efficient recruitment planning.
- Prepare employment contracts with accuracy and manage hiring documentation to maintain compliance with organisational standards.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners by liaising with IT, Finance, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate updates of employee records in HR systems and oversee work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related updates as required by local regulations.
- Track probation confirmations and contract renewals to guarantee timely processing of employment changes within the organisation.
- Issue employment-related letters such as Certification of Employment upon request and maintain proper filing of all HR documentation for audit purposes.
- Update job descriptions repository regularly to reflect current roles and responsibilities across departments.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative processes by reviewing compliance with internal policies and improving recruitment processes as needed.
- Coordinate training needs analysis by consolidating inputs from reporting managers, liaising with external vendors, administering registrations, grants, funding applications, maintaining records, monitoring participation, and collecting feedback.
What you bring:
To excel as a Human Resources Generalist in this organisation based in Singapore, your background should include formal education in Human Resources or Business Administration along with several years’ experience supporting HR operations.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field demonstrating foundational knowledge of HR principles.
- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role showing proven commitment to supporting diverse teams.
- Prior experience in recruitment and onboarding administration which enables you to connect candidates with opportunities efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR systems as well as work pass processes specific to Singapore ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organisational skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good communication abilities paired with stakeholder management skills so you can build trustful relationships across departments.
- Ability to work independently while being dependable within a communal team environment.
- Experience coordinating training needs analysis or liaising with external vendors is advantageous for supporting learning initiatives.
- Understanding of data accuracy requirements within HR systems helps maintain reliable records for audit purposes.
