Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Administer employee leave, medical benefits and timesheet verification.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
• Support implementation of HR policies, handbook, and procedures.
• Submit statutory claims (e.g. NS, maternity, paternity, childcare, levy waivers).
• Coordinate foreign worker dormitory matters and Primary Care Plan (PCP).
• Assist with employee relations matters, government liaison, and HR surveys.
• Support internship programmes and work injury compensation reporting.
• Provide general HR administration and ad-hoc support.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with knowledge of the Employment Act
• Good organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Singaporean only need apply
