Duties and Responsibility:

• Support end-to-end HR operations
• Payroll
• Assist in recruitment and employee documentation
• Maintain HR records and update AGHRM
• Coordinate HR activities, handle enquiries and provide administrative support
• Handle worker's accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check in & out and all related matter
• Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of Singapore construction working experiences in a generalist role
• Experience in Construction industry & handle migrant workers advantageous
• Possess high interpersonal and good communication skills
• Have initiative and able to work well under tight candidate with minimum supervision
• Must be sensitive to confidential information and is discreet
• Good in Microsoft Office Applications
