What You’ll Be Doing
- Support day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of HR processes across the company;
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including but not limited to preparation of documentation and ensuring a smooth employee experience;
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases in an accurate and timely manner;
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring full compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations;
- Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure all required documentation for work passes is complete and submitted within stipulated timelines;
- Assist in handling basic employee relations matters and providing first-level HR support to staff and managers;
- Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation as required;
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures across the company;
- Plan and support employee engagement initiatives such as team bonding activities, staff events, and recognition programmes to strengthen workplace culture;
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee morale;
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, compliant, and well-organised HR function that supports business operations across all outlets;
Who We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Diploma in HR Management or similar is advantageous but not required
- At least 1 year of HR working experience, preferably in F&B industry
- Open to fresh graduates from HR or business related educational backgrounds

- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Display adaptability and flexibility
