What You'll Do

🎯 Support recruitment across Singapore and regional teams.

🎯 Coordinate sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.

🎯 Maintain HR records, employment documentation, and HR systems.

🎯 Assist with payroll preparation, leave administration, and HR operations.

🎯 Support staff engagement initiatives, team activities, and workplace culture programmes.

🎯 Coordinate training and development activities to help employees grow professionally.

🎯 Work closely with studio leaders and project managers to support workforce planning and talent needs.

🎯 Ensure HR processes remain efficient, compliant, and employee-friendly.

What We're Looking For

✅ At least 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.

✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

✅ Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Strong attention to detail and professionalism.

✅ Comfortable working with diverse teams and creative professionals.

Bonus Points If You Have

⭐ Experience hiring for technology, creative media, gaming, AI, XR, or digital production roles.

⭐ Familiarity with Singapore employment regulations and HR practices.

⭐ Experience with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, or employee engagement programmes.

⭐ Interest in emerging technologies, innovation, or the creative industry.
