As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to the publicity planning of key talent attraction projects. Your role will involve conceptualizing, creating, and producing engaging visuals and videos to enhance our recruitment initiatives, particularly for internships, scholarships, and public outreach. You will assist in the promotion of the organization’s recruitment efforts through various platforms.

What You Will Be Doing

• Publicity Planning & Production: Conceptualize and create videos and static creatives for talent attraction projects such as internships and scholarships, to be used on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Tiktok.

• Event Representation: Represent the company at campus recruitment events and green-harvesting activities, supporting the recruitment team in promoting the agency.

• Creative Content Development: Design and produce videos/creatives for organizational development (OD)-related publicity and events.

• Collaterals Procurement: Assist in the procurement of marketing materials and paraphernalia for recruitment and outreach activities.

• Support Recruitment Operations: Assist the Assistant Director of Recruitment in various operational recruitment matters.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience & Expertise: The ideal candidate will be detailed, meticulous, and experienced in storyboarding, filming, and editing clips.

• Creativity: You should have a passion for creating engaging content for diverse platforms and a strong eye for design and video production.

• Branding/Marketing Knowledge: Experience in branding or marketing would be an added advantage.
