Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define detailed job descriptions and qualification requirements that align with organizational needs
- Select and utilize cost-effective recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and online sourcing platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate suitability and make informed hiring decisions
- Prepare and execute employment offers to successfully onboard new hires
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions
- Design and deliver employee orientation and induction programs to enhance retention and engagement
- Partner with educational institutions to organize career fairs and recruit interns, supporting talent pipeline development
- Implement training plans and conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and support employee development
- Assist in planning and executing corporate events including town hall meetings and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture
- Generate and manage HR-related documentation such as employment letters, probation notices, and confirmation letters, ensuring compliance and timely follow-up
- Support and execute HR initiatives and transformation projects in alignment with designated work plans to drive organizational improvements
- Perform additional ad-hoc HR duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR-related roles demonstrating effective recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement skills
- High interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations and documentation with professionalism
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts

- Strong teamwork orientation with a positive and proactive work attitude
- Meticulous, independent, and well-organized work style to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
