HR Operation Executive

Working Hours: 5 days, 9am-6.30pm

Location: Suntec

Salary: $3000-$4000

Requirement: 

1 year HR experience

Job Scope: 

1. Manpower Planning & Store Support
Plan and allocate manpower across outlets to support daily operations and business expansion.

2. Recruitment & Staffing (Retail Focus)
Handle end-to-end hiring for outlets and HQ, ensuring timely staffing for store operations.

3. Onboarding & Training
Conduct onboarding for new hires and coordinate training programs to ensure operational readiness.

4. Performance & Incentives
Support outlet performance tracking, staff evaluations, and implementation of incentive schemes.

5. Payroll & Compensation
Assist in payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and ensure accuracy in staff compensation.

6. Employee Relations (Frontline Focus)
Manage staff engagement, handle grievances, and support retention of frontline employees.

7. HR Operations & Compliance (Singapore)
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF, work passes, and statutory claims.

8. POS System & Promotions Management
Maintain POS systems, update menu/pricing, set up promotions, and ensure smooth system support for outlets.

9. Outlet & Office Administration
Oversee daily administrative operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and outlet support.

10. Events, Reporting & HR Projects
Organize staff activities, prepare HR reports, and support HR initiatives and new outlet setups.
