HR Generalist (SME – Landscaping Industry)

We are seeking a hands-on and resourceful HR Generalist to support a growing SME in the landscaping industry. The role covers full-spectrum HR operations, with strong emphasis on foreign worker management, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
• Process monthly payroll for both local and foreign workers, including overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions
• Handle work permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with MOM
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Prepare and submit MOM statutory reports and other required filings
• Maintain HR records including work passes, insurance, medical checks, and employee documentation
• Support recruitment coordination for operational and landscaping workforce
• Track attendance, overtime, and manpower deployment with operations team
• Assist in employee relations and basic disciplinary matters when required
• Coordinate with operations on manpower planning and daily workforce requirements
• Support general office and HR administrative duties

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 2–5 years of HR generalist experience (SME or operational industry preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience in payroll and MOM work pass administration (essential)
• Familiar with foreign worker processes in Singapore
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Meticulous, independent, and hands-on attitude
• Good coordination and communication skills
