Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Data & Automation Lead for a 6-month project to drive HR workflow automation, data integration, and reporting by collaborating with HR, business, and IT teams to enhance data accuracy and workforce insights.

Responsibilities

• Automate HR headcount reporting using tools such as Alteryx to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Build and optimize HR data workflows integrating HRIS, payroll, and recruitment systems to streamline data processes
• Implement tracking systems for employee lifecycle events including onboarding, probation, and contract expiry to ensure timely updates
• Develop HR dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to support management decision-making
• Analyze workforce data to generate actionable insights for management reporting and strategic planning

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or HR systems (HRIS) to effectively manage and interpret HR data
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one analytics or automation tool such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau to perform data analysis and automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
