Job Description
NNIT Singapore is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR professional to lead the Human Resources function in Singapore. This role plays a critical part in supporting our team of consultants within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
This is a standalone HR role requiring both strategic thinking and operational excellence in a fast-paced consulting environment.

In Singapore, we partner closely with clients to deliver high-quality consulting services in automation, digital transformation, CQV and CSV projects.
The Role
Reporting to Regional Director and collaborating closely with Line Managers, you will:
🔹 Strategic HR Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and capability building
Support leadership in driving performance, engagement and culture initiatives
🔹 Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Lead end-to-end recruitment for consultants and leadership roles
Support onboarding and integration of new hires into project teams
Drive manpower planning aligned to project pipeline and client demand
🔹 Employee Relations & Compliance
Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
🔹 Performance & Development
Support performance review and talent development initiatives
Facilitate learning and upskilling programs aligned to pharma industry needs
Partner with leaders on succession planning and retention strategies
🔹 HR Operations & Governance
Maintain HR policies, contracts and documentation
Oversee benefits administration
Ensure alignment with NNIT HR standards and reporting requirements
About You
Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience
Experience in consulting, IT services, engineering or life sciences industry preferred
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills
Comfortable operating independently in a standalone HR role
