Job Description
Responsibilities
- Providing HR and administrative support to the HR department, including interview arrangements, paperwork documentations and HR operations matters
- Assisting with the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation
- Providing general HR-related support
- UAT assistance on AI HR system processes
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth HR-related operations
- Providing support for HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration or operations role
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Willing to learn and good attitude
