Job Description

Manage employee relations issues including responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance for conflict resolutions.
Responsible for conducting performance appraisal exercises for all employees.
Provide HR advisory to the company to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of employees' leave balances and entitlements.
Manage processes related to expense claims and ensure timely records.
Responsible for review and implementation of company policies and processes including employees’ handbooks.
Monitor daily staff attendance to ensure accuracy and address any attendance-related issues.
Collate attendance and payroll data for submission and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Drafting the HR-related memo to communicate any changes in policies, procedures, and other HR-related matters.
Issue warning letters, confirmation letters, and termination letters.
Responsible for recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, arranging interviews, and job offers.
