Gross Salary: Up to $2800 (Basic: Up to $2600)

AL: 14 days + Family care leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and hotel systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, fire, and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize operational disruptions.

Requirements:

• Technical qualification or relevant experience in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical work.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and service standards.
• Able to commit to a rotating shift.
