The Singapore Shooting Association (“SSA”) is seeking a High Performance Executive (Selection & Budgets) to assist in the implementation and organisation of training and competitions in SSA. The appointed person will be responsible for the following:

• Report to the Selection & Budgets Manager on all matters pertaining to Selections & Budgets.
• Plan, organize, deliver and report on overseas training and competitions including Major Games.
• Monitor, Collate and assess shooters results and selections.
• Conduct briefing sessions where necessary.
• Perform the duties of a Team Manager in Overseas Competitions.
• Ensure all coaches and athletes are duly informed of selections, competitions and results.
• Manage National Team equipment matters such as gun allocation, collation of equipment purchases, collection of equipment purchases etc.
• Monitor and recommend for ammunition allocation and purchase.
• Data Collection for International Competition Results.
• Work with relevant personnel, organisations, or stakeholders to ensure the success of the above.
• Produce promotional materials and displays. Manage and optimise various social media platforms for outreach efforts.
• Maintain statistical and financial records.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably GCE “A” Levels/Diploma or above
• Experienced in Shooting and administrative matters would be preferable.
• Passionate in the promotion of the sport of shooting.
• Team player and able to work independently and responsibly.
• Good with oral/written communications in English. Knowledge in other languages and good presentation skills will be an added advantage.
• Knowledgeable in shooting and general sport safety would be an added advantage.
• Physically and medically fit with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• The individual must be strongly independent with warm disposition and has good communication skills.

SSA Skills and Licensing Program

• All SSA staff will be trained to hold appropriate licenses and accreditation for their role in SSA.
