As a Healthcare Informatics Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties: 

• Support end-to-end IT project planning, testing, implementation, and documentation to meet project deadlines.
• Liaise between end users, IT governance, system integrators, and vendors to align solutions with organisational objectives.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across pharmacy IT systems.
• Conduct and evaluate system testing in line with operational workflows.
• Generate scheduled and ad-hoc data reports for management and departmental stakeholders.
• Develop data dashboards and reports in collaboration with department users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues by coordinating with vendors and application teams.
• Create training materials and conduct sessions to build user competency in pharmacy systems.
• Support departmental IT asset management activities in coordination with relevant IT teams.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to maximise pharmacy system utilisation and efficiency.

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Information Technology, or Business Management
• Proficient in Excel (Macros, Power Query etc.), Data Management and Extraction, SQL will be an advantage
